Description:

A small apartment for two with the possibility of sleeping a third person - on an extra bed. The apartment consists of one room, corridor, kitchen, bathroom, patio and a technical room that is inaccessible to tenants. It is located in one of two terraced houses located in a closed area with a parking lot, a sandbox and a shelter for bicycles.

We want you to feel comfortable and remember your visit to us as a time of rest and relaxation. If you encounter any inconvenience, please contact us immediately and we will try to help and fix it.

In addition to the standard configuration (to prepare the apartment for you in the best possible way), when booking, let us know which form of stay is most similar to the way you spend your time:

It's worth knowing that:

• The area is fenced and closed, in order to collect/return the keys and the remote control (allowing entry to the parking lot) on your own, you need to park in front of the building/entrance gate and enter the property (entrance through a gate with an intercom - you need to call us)
• The apartment is located in a terraced residential building. Neighbors make sure not to disturb your silence, so please respect their privacy and be a good neighbor :)
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment
• Pets are not allowed
• Sometimes jet planes fly in the area at low altitude
• We are not responsible for items left unattended in the apartment and on the property
• no air conditioning - we have a fan
